Tom Senninger is a personnel and organizational developer and has been offering leadership training since 2000.

"For 25 years, I have been supporting leaders through training and coaching to manage their daily leadership challenges. Since 'leadership' is neither a formal subject of study nor a professional training course, leaders must acquire the necessary tools themselves. Many complain about having too little time for leadership. Technical-administrative tasks and everyday problem-solving leave little room for high-quality leadership work.

That is exactly what I stand for: more time for good leadership and less time spent on management!

During my own education, I had the honor of meeting submarine captain David Marquet, who deeply inspired me with the leadership principles he describes in his book "Turn the Ship Around". That encounter led to the creation of an entirely new training format in a submarine setting: Leadership Training in the Submarine. The photo shows me in the submarine set.
After 25 years of leadership development, a number of 'Principles of Good Leadership' have crystallized, which I have compiled in this online leadership training."
